If you are interested in renting one of our properties, please fill out the Rental Application, initial our Selection Criteria sheet, review our Sample Lease (standard or short-term, depending on your needs) and sign our Sample Lease Affirmation.
Once all the applicable paperwork has been reviewed, filled out, and signed, please bring all the forms to our office, your driver’s license, and credit check payment. We require a copy of each adult’s driver’s license to accompany the application. The cost to run a credit report it $50 for each adult that will be occupying the property (husbands/wives are considered separate). We only take funds in bankers/cashier’s checks, money orders, or cash (please bring exact change only). Rental applications are run Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm.
