They were honest and upfront with the state of the local market and gave me good and sound advice on the asking price of the home. Then they were there for me and my family through the entire sales process. They were much more than just realtors for my wife and I. Toie and Jeff made us feel as so they were part of our family, as they really cared about us and our home. They helped us on numerous occasions with fining maintenance workers to complete repairs on the home, they helped us through the very cumbersome inspection process, and then through getting with the city on solving several permit issues.
