They were honest and upfront with the state of the local market and gave me good and sound advice on the asking price of the home. Then they were there for me and my family through the entire sales process. They were much more than just realtors for my wife and I. Toie and Jeff made us feel as so they were part of our family, as they really cared about us and our home. They helped us on numerous occasions with fining maintenance workers to complete repairs on the home, they helped us through the very cumbersome inspection process, and then through getting with the city on solving several permit issues. Toie Crespi is the consummate professional who believes in doing EVERYTHING to maximize the potential value of your home. Toie has limitless energy and a vast knowledge of the Real Estate profession. This was not the first home that Toie listed and sold for me. Toie sold my first home in 2007. It was a newly built home and as such needed staging and greater curb appeal. Toie staged it herself, planted shrubs and flowers by hand and the house sold quickly. I immediately went to Toie when I decided to sell my last home. We operated under a deadline and Toie pulled off miracles to complete the sale in less than one month. The photographer that she chose was outstanding. Toie is modest but I feel that she is the most fantastic realtor on earth!!

Hi, we just wanted to give you a heads up reference one of the realtors working for you. We had been working with Toie Crespi in trying to find a home in the Melbourne Florida area as we are getting ready to retire from our jobs in Michigan. Through the course of the last several months she has sent us numerous listings with our parameters as a guide . We actually did try to purchase a home in Palm Bay. While this transaction never did come to fruition, Toie worked tirelessly to help us make it happen, constantly staying in touch, keeping us informed. She was also very helpful in advising us on pros and cons of the various areas, even after this deal fell through.
We have subsequently found a home across the state in Port Charlotte through a friend already there and are in process of purchasing it.
While Toie was not involved in this purchase due to the geographical difference, we are very glad we had the opportunity to work with her, and will happily recommend her to anyone we know looking to relocate to her area.
