  • Given the current market conditions, with low inventory and overvalued prices, it’s hard to say many buyers would have a positive experience. It’s a jungle out there. However, I do think we did about as well as we could have thanks to our agents. Of course, Nancy understood this and helped facilitate many gritty details to reduce the headache as much as possible. She’s a wonderful person to work with and I highly recommend her.

Nancy and her team were 100% responsive no matter what time of day or night were reached out. We had several major bumps during the listing period, including the death of two of us three Sellers and a major problem with the property that were were unaware of until the home inspection. Nancy and her team were there to help us navigate every situation, and helped lead us to a successful closing. In addition to being a consummate professional, she is very caring about her clients, and not concerned with just the bottom line. We are proud to now call her a friend.

Nancy and Pam were both nothing less than extraordinary. As a first time home seller, I was very nervous. They were both readily available for any questions or concerns I had, and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question.
