Back HomeWe just closed on our condo this past week and wanted to send you a note about our experience with Dee Dee. We identified dates to be in Florida in January to look at properties and Dee Dee put together a great initial list that we narrowed to 10 or so. All were great properties but the one we purchased clearly stood out. There ended up being 7 or more offers and Dee Dee did a great job of suggesting ways to get our offer to the top of the stack, which allowed us to get the property and close quickly.
We could not be present for the walk through or closing and Dee Dee went above and beyond, staring with conducting the walk through with us on face time. She also returned after closing to address an appliance issue, re-set the door code and check the thermostat. All of these things are above and beyond and we really appreciate all of the extra effort. We will certainly recommend Dee Dee and Berkshire to others. Thank You Caprice,

Now that we’ve gotten settled in Florida, I wanted to take a few minutes to write a note about our experience working with Dee Dee Davis.
We moved to Florida from California and knew very little about the area or real estate market. From the start, Dee Dee was patient with us, explained the process, and made us look forward to the purchase of our first house.
We put Dee Dee to work, making a list of all the houses that met our criteria, and asked to see them over a short period of time. For three days, we saw 9-10 houses each day, and Dee Dee was always able to add houses at night for the next day. She took the time to follow up with the sellers’ realtors. In fact, it was through one of those conversations that she got us the opportunity to see a house not yet on the market- which we ended up buying! From there on out, she made the rest of the process easy. From our perspective, it was a seamless transaction and we now live in a house we absolutely love.

I just wanted to thank you for choosing Dee Dee as our realtor to assist us in finding a home in the area. Now that we’ve moved in and the dust is starting to settle with everything associated with the new house and my job relocation, my wife and I felt we really needed to let you know how pleased we were with all the help and support we received from Dee Dee. She was there for us every step of the way from assisting us in finding our home, negotiations with the owners, resolving paperwork issues, hooking us up with local contractors, etc., all the way through to the home closing. Hi Caprice, Just a note to let you know how please we were with Dee Dee when we closed on our villa at Heritage Isle. It was complex because of the time limit we had to close and leave our home in Palm Coast. My husband said Dee Dee seemed so much more knowledgeable than many of the other people we dealt with . We felt confident that she would get us through the closing weeks without too much trauma and she did just that. She is a true professional and we would recommend her to anyone in need of a Realtor in this area. She is also always so gracious when asked for help in searching out doctors, restaurants, hairstylists, etc. I guess you could say once your Realtor always your Realtor should be her moto. My sister and family also used Dee Dee’s services and she has been so kind in always answering my sisters many questions regarding this area.
