As a fully licensed real estate professional I focus on finding the “right property for the right price” for home buyers and real estate investors in today’s market. For individuals wanting to sell your home, I’ll develop a marketing strategy that will make your property stand out among the rest. My goal is to use a variety of marketing tools to attract “better than average” numbers of qualified buyers, resulting in a shorter time on the market.

After living in fast-paced Atlanta for 10-years and traveling extensively in the Caribbean, Hawaii, and Europe, my husband and I made Brevard County our home in 2003. I believe that living in this area offers an outstanding quality of life that’s hard to find anywhere else. In fact, Melbourne was recently rated the #1 city to live near the beach by U.S. News & World Report. It is our own little slice of paradise!

In addition to being a REALTOR, I enjoy spending time my husband and our Jack Russell Terriers, Rusty-Boo and Razzle Dazzle.  I became a certified Master Gardener through the UF Brevard County Extension Office in 2016. In my free time, you’ll find me working with my extensive collection of succulents and bromeliads. I volunteer weekly at the Brevard Discovery Garden and the Eau Gallie Public Library Master Gardener Plant clinic to provide homeowners with advice on Florida-Friendly landscaping and plants.  Check out a few of my favorite pictures below.
