Maria Salute has lived in South Florida since 1979. Her expertise comes not only from practicing real estate, but also through a long career as a restaurant owner. Coming from a hospitality background, she uses her knowledge and builds relationships with everyone she meets.
She has served her community as a foster parent in Broward County and has adopted 2 children. Maria has recently registered for respite care with Brevard Family Partnership.

She is currently a member of the Space Coast Realtors Association. Thriving on customer service and meeting the needs of her clients is her specialty. Her personality, strong communication skills, negotiation ability and experience create the ultimate buying/selling atmosphere for her clients. She assists in guiding her clients through important decisions and difficult situations. Maria will work to sell, or assist in buying, each home as if it was his or her own. After the closing papers are signed, Maria is still there-to guide and assist.
