Just wanted to say that Debra is a gem of an agent.  Her knowledge, advice, assistance and experience were instrumental in completing a successful transaction.  It is rare to find a person that is so friendly, and yet so professional.  She went far beyond the normal duties of a Realtor, by providing essential help in monitoring the progress of renovations at the home prior to listing it.  As for the listing itself, she explained everything in detail beforehand, than kept me informed via email and phone about every step of the process.  I know that she marketed the home by every means available…  I received favorable comments from friends in the area about how hard Debra was working.  Even the lawn care guy commented that he’d never seen a for-sale sign placed in the backyard to be visible to boaters in the canal.
