It was very difficult finding a home for the good ones were selling so fast it became very frustrating. Shari was great. We experienced major issues with the structure of the property and Shari assisted in navigating resolution so that we could repair and eventually sell. Because I had already moved out of state, Shari was my “boots on the ground” and effectively work with the contractors to ensure all of the work was completed. We spoke almost every day and Shari always kept me up to date on what was happening. | I recently sold my house in Melbourne, FL using one of your realtors, Shari Abbott. I wanted to provide you some feedback and testimonial on how awesome my experience was and how well the entire process went with Shari. I really feel strongly compelled to write this as I can’t possibly overstate what a terrific job she did.My particular situation was extremely stressful…my work had me out on a special assignment away from my home for months all through the selling of the house process. This prevented me from being able to be there in Florida to process all the various paperwork, inspections, etc. On top of that just days after putting a sales contract together, my air conditioner died. So I wasn’t in town to take care of that.The good news is that I didn’t need to be there at all. Shari just took care of it. She kept informed on what was happening, what she was doing about the AC, what the AC repair guys said, got 3 estimates and worked with the buyers and myself to work out a deal that all parties agreed to with very little discussion. Shari made it a win-win for all of us.She really went above and beyond what would be expected of a Realtor. I’m a bachelor and she went out and bought items for me to help stage the house so it would look more like a home rather than a bachelor pad. She even brought over some of her own spare furniture to help with the endeavor.
Normally, there is quite a bit a seller has to do, but I had no time and Shari took care of everything for me. I was very impressed with her professionalism – keeping me informed, communicating all the time, meeting with the VA appraiser to make sure the appraisal came in appropriately, etc. She was extremely thorough in helping me determine what price to list with comps and other information she had. She explained the offer for me (which I found very confusing at first) in terms I could easily understand and therefore make a well informed decision. She was available night and day to accommodate my hectic schedule. I am working with a Realtor here in Colorado Springs where I have moved, and he doesn’t come close to the standard Shari sets. I have to almost beg him for info and sometimes work around his schedule. So I have quickly realized how fortunate I was to have Shari as my agent. I can’t thank her enough for all she did and how smoothly she made everything go for me while I was away on business. All I ever heard, was “don’t worry, I’ll take care of it” and she did and then some! I understand you don’t have a website up and running where customers can post testimonials like this…but if you did I would definitely post this email and recommend Shari to anyone I know.
